Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive in about 8–12 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or busy periods.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Where your order ships from

Your order is sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, not from our office address.

Address changes and cancellations

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships, but not after.

Lost, late or damaged orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
